Construction management consultancy HTJ steps its communication up a gear
HTJ – one of Finland’s leading construction management companies – was looking for a communications partner to strengthen its corporate and employer image. Brunnen was chosen to partner with HTJ because of its strong understanding of the built environment.
The partnership was founded on HTJ’s core message – We build success – which has now been incorporated into all content and communication applications. Brunnen also coached HTJ’s executives on how to handle different types of communication situations, giving them the confidence to communicate their own expertise.
Together, we understood that enhancing HTJ’s visibility also required a concerted effort to identify the best communicative focal points of the operations. Despite playing a crucial role in several major construction projects across the country, the no-frills construction management company has often not been given the recognition it deserves. Together we found ways to identify the key takeaways from the projects and created a model for effective media communication and content production.
