Brunnen ranked as the best comms agency in Finland for understanding the clients’ business, reliability and ethics – National Survey 2023 

In 2023, market research company Taloustutkimus conducted a survey on the image and competence of pr and communication service providers in Finland. The survey was answered by corporate decision-makers and executives who buy communications services. Brunnen Communications was rated as the best in terms of understanding the client’s business, reliability and ethics.

We ranked in the TOP 3 for our ability to listen to the client, organize work, meet deadlines, understand the client’s business, and provide value for money. Additionally, we were the second most recommended agency for strategic communication. 

According to the respondents, we are best at strategic communication planning and advice, communication training and coaching, corporate communication and defining communication’s strategic influence. It’s easy to agree with that. In addition, these are the areas where communication decision-makers plan to invest over the next two years, according to the survey. Change communication and responsibility are high on the list as well.
