Three wins for Brunnen at the national Finnish Comms Awards
Brunnen’s communication work won three awards in the main category of the Finnish Comms Awards, the biggest and the most influential competition of the comms consultancy industry in Finland. Communication partnership with Habita was chosen as the Strategic Communication Consultancy of the Year. Together with HSY and TerraWise, the first place was won in the Organizational Communication category, and with OX2 in the Communication Training and Simulations category.
In the Finnish Comms Awards, the significance and influence of communication was evaluated in particular based on client experience and the objectives achieved.
In cooperation with Habita, the biggest independent real estate agent in Finland, Brunnen successfully transformed the company from a reputational crisis into a profitable growth company and a TOP 3 influencer in its industry. Together with HSY and TerraWise, a pilot project for stakeholder communication was built, with a focus on open dialogue with residents and other key stakeholders such as schools and kindergartens.
HSY provides municipal water supply and waste management services in the Helsinki capital region, while TerraWise operates in infra projects in southern and middle Finland.
In the OX2 partnership, the prize was awarded to a coaching package that has been running for several years. It helped to build stakeholder dialogue as a key skill and success factor in the implementation of renewable energy projects. OX2 provides renewable energy solutions at scale.
In the Finnish Comms Awards, winning is primarily a reward for close cooperation between client and agency. The most impressive result is achieved by working together and reflects the mutual commitment.
The Finnish Comms Awards competition was held for the 12th time and a record number of entries were received this year. There were an incredible 104 entries, 53 of which made it to the final. As in the past, the competition was a two-stage process. The entries were first assessed based on written applications, and then the finalists pitched the work to a jury, who selected the award-winning showcases.
The jury consisted of 34 senior communication professionals from a wide range of industries, media, and communication agencies.
