My work focuses on strategic communication consultancy and communication skills training. I also help public sector and third sector organisations make their communication more strategic, measurable and effective. My strength lies in customer-centric solutions and in the influence they create.

I regularly train managers, team leaders and specialists from companies and various organizations to strengthen their communication capabilities. I am actively involved in industry networks and serve as a partner coach for ProCom, the Finnish Association of Communication Professionals, which promotes the development of the communication profession.

Core strengths: strategic communication, measuring the influence of communication, coaching, employee and internal communication, and crisis communication.
